Louisville Visitors Center Hosts Lunchtime Party for Occasion   LOUISVILLE, Ky.  — It is only fitting that Louisville is the ‘birthplace of birthdays, with local sisters Patty and Mildred Hill penning one of the world’s most famous songs – Happy Birthday in 1893.
