CLEARING THE WAY FOR THUNDER No work and no new closures Saturday   LOUISVILLE, Ky.  – With hundreds of thousands of people expected in Downtown Louisville and Southern Indiana on Saturday for Thunder Over Louisville, the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and Walsh Construction want to make the trip as easy as possible for the large crowds.   LOUISVILLE, Ky. – As Thunder Over Louisville approaches, the Louisville Bats are approaching their 10 millionth fan at Louisville Slugger Field since the stadium first opened its gates on April 12, 2000. Since 2000, the Bats have drawn 9,998,623, making the 1,377th fan through the gatestonight, the 10 millionth fan.
