LouisvilleKY beats out Nashville, Indianapolis for Top Metro ranking

LOUISVILLE, KY— Site Selection magazine has ranked Louisville a “Top Metro” for economic development in two regions for number of projects in 2018. Louisville ranked fourth out of 10 metropolitan areas in the South Central region and sixth in the East North Central region, beating out other cities including Nashville, Indianapolis and Austin. In its ranking, Site Selection cited 60 expansions or relocations in the Greater Louisville region. Louisville-Jefferson County alone announced 52 projects in 2018, amounting to roughly 3,000 new jobs and more than $380 million in investment. Louisville Home Sales Kick into High Gear

Louisville found a different way to lose at Notre Dame!

After losing by 10 points or more in its three games since 2007, including an overtime loss two years ago, the Cardinals squandered an eight-point lead in the final minute of regulation before losing 104-101 in five overtimes Saturday night. Louisiville Home Sales up…Inventory down!

The dust has settled and  Louisville Home Sale numbers for July 2012 are official! Spurred on by record low interest rates and even lower home sale prices Louisville Homes going under contract last month outpaced July 2011 by almost 29 percent. The number of homes closing was up by 19.44 percent. As of August 22, 2012 the number of homes on the market were down to 7646. The Louisville Home Market Recovers!

The Louisville Housing Market strengthened again during the month of June! The number of homes going under contract last month increased 21.4 % over June 2011. The number of Louisville homes actually closing in June of 2012 compared to June 2011 was up 6.5%. Louisville Home Sales are back! Louisville Buyers Jump off Fences!

You could feel it n the air! Spring came early and so did the increase in Louisville Home sales! Let’s get right to the numbers because they are impressive! Howard Stern outperforms some expectations!

Self-proclaimed King of all media Howard Stern should be smiling year-to-year right now! The new ratings just out for his America’s got talent show were more than respectable, they were downright incredible! According to the website TV by the Numbers, America’s Got Talent earned a 3.6 adults 18-49 rating, compared to a 3.8 in the time period for the finale of The Voice last week and a 4.3 for last year’s season premiere on June 2, 2011.
