Last Day to save some dough at the Kentucky State Fair in Louisville

Louisville, Ky., – Future fair-goers have until 10 o’clock tonight (August 19th) to purchase Kentucky State Fair advance discount admission and parking. Advance tickets cost $8 per adult and $4 for seniors and children…but after today, they will be $10 per adult and $6 for seniors and children. The advance discount admission can be purchased online at ticketmaster.com and all Ticketmaster outlets, including Walmart stores and Kroger checkout lanes. Kentucky State Fair Begins Hiring Next Week in Louisville

Louisville, Ky., – The Kentucky State Fair will soon be hiring for this year’s Fair. The Fair is August 20-30, 2015, but job seekers can begin applying August 10. Positions include ticket sellers, gate attendants, maintenance, grounds, housekeeping and tram drivers. Wages start at $10.10 an hour. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and provide proper identification to verify work eligibility, such as a photo ID and a Social Security Card. Applicants must apply in person.
