LouisvilleKY’s Truck Plant starts back up next week

DEARBORN, Mich.,  – Ford Motor Company is restarting production of the popular F-150 at Dearborn Truck Plant Friday after just over one week of downtime. The company has also successfully repaired the supply chain for Super Duty, with production targeted to restart by Monday at the Kentucky Truck Plant as well as the Kansas City Assembly Plant that also makes F-150 pickups. Kentucky Derby Festival’s Spelling bee commences Saturday at LouisvilleKy’s Kentucky Center

64 Students from Kentucky and Southern Indiana to Compete   Louisville, KY.   – Students from around Kentucky and Southern Indiana will compete in the 25th annual Ford Motor Company Kentucky Derby Festival Spelling Bee on Saturday, March 17th.  The competition starts at 11 AM in the Bomhard Theater at the Kentucky Center (501 W. Butterflies are blooming at Louisvilleky’s Zoo

  Louisville, KY., – The Louisville Zoo starts summer with a burst of color as the new Butterflies n’ Blooms exhibit. This temporary exhibit is free with Zoo admission or membership. Louisville, Ky., – Third time was a charm for 10-year-old Tara Singh of Louisville as she won the 23rd annual Ford Motor Company Kentucky Derby Festival Spelling Bee today. Singh, who was competing for the third year in a row, correctly spelled “Eponym” – (of a person) giving their name to something. Louisville, KY. –  A crowd of 3,000 racing fans cheered Monday night as Texas Roadhouse and Ford Motor Company were named Champions at the Thorntons Great Bed Races. 40 teams pushed their decorated beds on wheels around the figure-eight course, competing for the fastest times. Texas Roadhouse won the Champions Division with a time of 33:45 and Ford Motor Company claimed the title in the Fun Division with a time of 34:23.
