It’s a List… a List of Places to Eat

Months ago my uncle returned to Louisville for a job. Having been away for at least five years I made a suggestion: each weekend we’ll try a new place to eat. So far we’ve ate at over twenty places in Louisville. Some of them franchise, some of them local. Below is the list of places in the ‘Ville we’ve stopped at:

  1. Great idea, Chas. A few years back, my son Nick and I met weekly for what we called “Pizza Club.” We’d go to a different place for pizza every week, and found some great off-the-beaten path faves. It’s a great way to experience the city.

  2. If you ever find yourself over in New Albany La Rosita’s is the place to go. Great burritos and quesadillas. The guacamole is the best I’ve ever had.

  3. Check out Maxwell’s Bar and Grille on Taylorsville Road east of Hurstbourne Lane. Avoid those chains!! Keep your money local!
