LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Jan 4, 2016) — Louisville’s newest restaurant Doc’s Cantina will hold two job fairs to fill more than 100 employment opportunities. The first is Saturday, Jan. 9 from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The second is Tuesday, Jan. 12 from 3 to 7 p.m. Both will happen at its sister restaurant Doc Crow’s Southern Smokehouse and Raw Bar, 127 W.
