A Walk on the Wild (Ginger) Side

I can’t say that I’m really adventurous when it comes to cuisine, but when Claudia told me she loved sushi, I proposed that we make it a sushi night. She chose the Wild Ginger in the Highlands, open a few months now in the old Cafe Metro spot. Can Valley Station Get Its Cracker Barrel?

A lot of people out in Valley Station and the Southwest have a chip in their shoulder. Many think Metro Government snubs its nose at them when it comes to bringing projects there (unless it’s a demonized ammunition shelter). Some complain that national businesses, especially franchised restaurants, overlook them.
