Louisville, KY -The Louisville Independent Business Alliance (LIBA) held the 11th Annual Buy Local Fair on Sunday, May 19, only to have high winds and sporadic rain shut it down halfway through. So, organizers are hosting the “Buy Local Fair: Part 2” at Louisville Slugger Field Hall of Fame, 401 E.
