CLEARING THE WAY FOR THUNDER No work and no new closures Saturday   LOUISVILLE, Ky.  – With hundreds of thousands of people expected in Downtown Louisville and Southern Indiana on Saturday for Thunder Over Louisville, the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and Walsh Construction want to make the trip as easy as possible for the large crowds.
